Dr. Mark Klopfenstein
Dr. Mark Klopfenstein is the founder and president of Experiential Ministries. Mark is in community with and guided by the EM board of directors, as well as his partner in ministry and life, his wife Beverlee. Mark has earned his doctor of Ministry degree from the Graduate School of Theology at Azusa Pacific University, an MFA in Technical theatre, and his BS in Old Testament Theology. He is a licensed minister, a licensed spiritual director, an artist, musician, and an accomplished story teller/speaker. Mark has pastored, preached, been a Disney Imagineer, spoken at retreats, designed for theater and film, lead creativity and spirituality groups at retreats, sailed tall ships, has lead spiritual retreats on board ship, and occasionally slept.
Beverlee Klopfenstein
Beverlee has been in the decorative art painting world for over 25 years. She is co owner with Mark of IM & Associates, our “tent making” real world business…they have traveled both near and far making homes and businesses and hopefully the world a more beautiful place! A licensed spiritual director, she seeks to blend creative expression into the process of spiritual direction with the hope of transformative experiences as we practice walking with Jesus, walking with others, and serving others.
